Absolutely not! Hiring a planner before you find your venue is the best first step. I can then help guide you to the best venue options based on your top priorities, guest size and budget.
Heather Hoesch Events is based in Orange County, CA and we regularly work all over California - especially Orange County, Ojai, Santa Barbara, Santa Ynez, Napa, Healdsburg, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Malibu & San Diego. In my 21+ years, I have worked in California, Hawaii, Mexico, Colorado, New York and am happy to go to the destination of your choice.
I am honored to work with just 8 couples each year to ensure each and every couple is supported and gets the time, energy and focus necessary for a smooth planning process and incredible wedding weekend. Unlike planners or companies that book every wedding possible, you can expect more of a concierge style service.
We start with an initial consultation to get to know each other and learn more about your wedding ideas and plans. Based on that, I will craft a custom proposal based on the services discussed. If the proposal is approved, a signature along with the initial deposit is required to start planning.
I, (Heather), will be your lead planner and main point of contact. However, I have the support of a virtual assistant during planning and associate planners on event days.
I suggest planning on investing $1,800-$2,500+ per guest for your wedding and reception. Additional for your additional weekend events.
